Hi, I’m Michelle
A proud Irish/Kiwi currently residing in Wellington, New Zealand with my husband and our four children.
My professional background is rooted in Human Resource Management and Commercial Law, and I have held various senior management positions in both the private and public sectors. I have also assisted my husband in running his automotive business.
As my eldest child approached 11 years old, I underwent a mindset shift. I realised how quickly time was passing, and making memories with my family became my top priority.
I am truly grateful to operate a business that focuses on Personal development. It is wonderful to be able to immerse yourself in a positive and growth environment. I have found I have a whole new outlook at life and I am much happier for this.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:
Although I enjoyed my role in management, I began to recognise that it was taking a toll on my personal life. By the time I arrived home, completed household chores, and prepared dinner, I was often left feeling depleted, with little energy left to devote to spending time with my children or myself. Consequently, I grew increasingly dissatisfied with the direction my life was taking.
At the same time, I was feeling frustrated with my husband's traditional automotive workshop business model, which required a significant amount of time on site and incurred high overhead costs. Despite the intention of providing us with more flexibility, income, and freedom, the business felt more like a burden than a solution.
It was during this period of reflection that I realized the inherent limitations of a business model that revolves around” trading time for money” or "selling time." Whether in terms of time, space, or employees, there were always constraints on what could be accomplished. I knew that I wanted to transition to working online to design a lifestyle that would better suit the needs of my family and myself, but I was unsure of what opportunities were available to me.
THE SOLUTION :
I One night, I decided to browse online for potential business ideas and stumbled upon an advertisement for an online business centred around personal development. Intrigued, I submitted a request for more information and watched the presentation.
