Hi, I’m Michelle
I currently live in Wellington, New Zealand with my husband and our four children.
My professional background is in Human Resource Management and Commercial Law, and I have held senior management positions in both the private and public sectors. I have also assisted my husband in running his automotive business, which gave me firsthand experience with the challenges of a traditional business: high overheads, long hours, and reliance on staff to keep things running smoothly.
As my eldest child approached 11, I experienced a mindset shift. I realised how quickly time was passing, and making memories with my family became my top priority. I knew something had to change — I wanted more flexibility, more freedom, and a better work-life balance.
I'm passionate about working with motivated men and women who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.
THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:
Although I enjoyed my management roles, I began noticing the toll they were taking on my personal life. By the time I returned home, completed household chores, and prepared dinner, I often had little energy left for my children or myself. I grew increasingly dissatisfied with the direction my life was taking.
At the same time, my husband’s traditional automotive business, while successful, demanded constant attention. The long hours, high overheads, and reliance on staff made it feel more like a burden than a solution. I realised that trading time for money — whether in a job or a traditional business — always has limits.
After much reflection, we made the decision to sell the business in 2024. While it had been a valuable experience, selling it gave me the freedom to pursue a smarter path — one that would allow me to work online and design a lifestyle around my family.
